We have therapists working in the following clinical streams: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Paediatrics.

We are a leading provider of Allied health therapy services and have one of the largest teams of therapists in Australia. Our therapists work in a variety of roles including clinicians, supervisors, team leaders, clinical specialists and managers. Our therapist support model means support is at hand whenever you need it.

Our therapists have the opportunity to gain experience working with clients of all ages, with various disabilities and across different funding schemes. We are committed to building a team and workplace that is passionate about shaping the future direction of Allied Health in the community sector.

Training programs to suit all therapists

All our graduates enter our Kick Start program. This is a 12-week intensive training and support program.
Next Step is our 6-week training program designed to support experienced therapists joining our team but new to some of the processes!
This 4-week program is offered to experienced clinicians to help develop supervision and leadership skills.

How we Work

The services we provide to our clients are home based or delivered within the
community. Our therapists work in localised teams regularly getting together for
meetings and supervision. Our team members are able to work from a number of
office locations. Our therapists also have the option to work flexibly
and from home where appropriate.
